Ownership

Every puzzle on Sudoku69 — classic, killer and 16x16, at every difficulty level — is generated, verified and rated by us and is our copyrighted work. This includes the givens, the cage layouts and cage sums, the solutions, the difficulty ratings and the puzzle identifiers.

What you may do

• Solve our puzzles on sudoku69.com and in our official mobile apps, once we release them.
• Share a link to a puzzle page so someone else can play that puzzle here.
• Once we offer a print feature, print puzzles through it for your own personal, non-commercial use.

What you may not do

Without a written license from us you may not:

• copy, export, transcribe, screenshot-and-republish or otherwise reproduce our puzzles, solutions or ratings;
• publish them on any other website, app, book, magazine, newsletter, video or stream;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download puzzles, or use them to build datasets or to train machine-learning models;
• sell, rent, sublicense or bundle them with any product or service;
• remove or alter our attribution or puzzle identifiers.

Publishers, app developers, educators and event organizers can license puzzles from us. Tell us what you need through our contact form.

Enforcement

Use outside these terms ends your permission to use the puzzles and the service, and we may pursue the remedies available to us. These terms apply alongside our Terms of Use.
