Why Sign In to Sudoku69

Sudoku69 is fully playable without an account. Signing in with Google is free and optional, and it adds fresh puzzles you have not solved yet, points that follow you to every device, a game history you can resume anywhere and a record of your best scores.

Do I get new puzzles when I sign in?

Yes. Signed-in players only get puzzles they have not solved, and never one that is already in their History. Guests get a random puzzle each time, so the same puzzle can come back.

What happens to my points?

Points reward careful solving. Where they live depends on whether you are signed in:

GuestSigned in
Where points are savedOn this device onlyIn your account, on every device
Lifetime limitUp to 1,800 points, then you play without pointsNone
Daily soft capNot applicable1,800 points per day

When you sign in for the first time, your guest points move into the account once, up to 1,800.

How does the daily cap work?

Signed-in players have a soft cap of 1,800 points per day. After it, points still count, but at 30 % (70 % less). Each puzzle you complete on the same day also gives 5 % fewer points, up to 35 % less. Everything resets at 00:00 UTC.

Points have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged. See the Terms of Use.

Can I carry on a game on another device?

Your History keeps the last 10 games you started. Open one on any device and carry on where you stopped. A completed game leaves History and moves to your completed puzzles.

What else does an account keep?

  • Completed puzzles: a page with filters by game mode and difficulty, so you can look back at what you have solved.
  • Best scores: your top results for each mode and difficulty, for today, this week, this month and all time.

The History and Completed pages are for signed-in players, so they are not open to search engines or guests.

Is my data safe?

We store only what these features need: your game history, completed games with time, points, mistakes and hints, and your points totals. You can delete all of it by deleting your account. The Privacy Policy lists everything in detail.
